Story 

Rose and Dan were star-crossed lovers. They always met in secret, hidden away from the prying eyes of their disapproving families. But fate dealt a heavy blow – Rose’s uncle cast a wicked spell on them, cursing them to lose every memory of each other. When their paths crossed, they regarded each other as if they were strangers. One day, Dan stumbled across a ruby encased in a rock. As he gazed at it, all the memories he’d forgotten came rushing back. He resolved to win Rose back, no matter what it took. Only, Rose was nowhere to be found. He searched high and low until he finally came across a wizened old woman, who told him that Rose had been stowed away in the netherworld by her scheming uncle. Dan could only wait until the spell broke.

With only the ruby as his guiding light, he held on firmly to his love for Rose. And, to reward his belief, the ruby kept him young, as young as the day he’d found it. When time and destiny finally had their way, they collapsed into love’s sweet embrace.
